Lemons with a Twist®
Longevity is a hard thing to come by for women’s nights in the queer scene but Lemons has defied the odds. Since 1999, Lemons with a Twist has provided a safe place for like minded Lesbians and their friends to connect, make new friendships and meet in a relaxed and fun environment.
What’s it about?
A long-established, largely social event with canapés and drinks for lesbians, their friends and allies. 6pm – 9pm is a time to be social with friends – catch up over a drink and some canapés.
Who attends?
Lemons with a Twist is a monthly, largely social event, attracting about 200 attendees. It’s a great opportunity to catch up with friends early in the evening, then a little later, join popular DJs or enjoy live entertainment and party the night away!
For something more business-oriented, but with a social element, join us at Fruits in Suits or Long Table Canapés.
Cost information
First free drink for all: Complimentary first drink upon arrival before 7:15pm. House red / white / beer / sparkling.
SGLBA / GLOBE / GLBN members: Free*, with complimentary first drink upon arrival until 9:00pm.
Guests: $15+BF when purchased online
Guests: $20 EFTPOS or Credit card at the door

Situated at Taylor Square, the venue is walking distance from the CBD, Oxford Street and associated bus routes. There’s street parking and usually plenty of cabs & uber in the vicinity.

SGLBA / GLOBE / GLBN members: free*, with complimentary first drink upon arrival (as provided by venue).
Guests: $15, with a complimentary first drink upon arrival between 6pm – 7:15pm only.
