The new format Lemons with a Twist is getting rave reviews

The new format of Lemons with a Twist® is proving a hit. Over 130 women attended Lemons in October at The Oxford Hotel. The feedback has been outstanding with the evening starting at 6pm in The Polo Lounge and then Gingers opening at 9:00pm with Sydney newest hot night out, Heartbreaker.

The format of the evening provides for drinks and discussion in The Polo Lounge with music provided by our resident DJ Amanda Louise. The Polo Lounge remains open until after midnight, while Heartbreaker kicks off in Gingers from 9pm until late.

Guests can then move between Gingers and The Polo Lounge for the remainder of the night with the bars open in both venues.

This month, DJ Kate Monroe and guest DJ Sveta Gilerman filled Gingers with the sounds of summer. The SGLBA is proud to be the guardian of a Sydney institution and we’re delighted to have the event combined with DJ’s Amanda Louise and Kate Monroe and the team from HOWL Musica.

No more cash sales at SGLBA events

To avoid our volunteers having to carry cash following events, the SGLBA has secured EFTPOS and Credit card facilities via the Commonwealth Bank’s ALBERT point of sale device.
